Q: If I want a chef’s table attached to my kitchen island, do I need two worktops?
No. A skilled kitchen fitter can connect your chef’s table to your kitchen island with one continuous worktop covering the two units. You needn’t see a seam. However, if you want to install your chef’s table elsewhere then it may need its own countertop.
Q: Are Masterclass chef’s tables available in a range of styles?
Yes! Our chef’s table units are compatible with lots of Shaker door styles, including our Ashbourne, Hardwick, Hawksmoor and Marlborough styles, and in a plethora of colours. The drawer and shelf components also come in Portland Oak, Tuscan Walnut and Anthracite Linen.
Q: Does Blum’s lifetime guarantee on all moving parts cover your chef’s tables?
Yes, it does! If you choose a chef’s table with a Portland Oak or Tuscan Walnut finish, your unit will include a Blum Movento drawer mechanism. Alternatively, the Anthracite Linen finish has a Legrabox drawer mechanism. Blum offers both mechanism types a lifetime guarantee for our customers.
Q: Do your chef’s tables include any plastic elements?
No. Across the board, we’ve gone to great lengths to minimise plastic in our products in favour of high-quality materials, from the external finishes to the internal board and the silky drawer runners. As a result, all moving parts come with a lifetime guarantee, and ~40% of our board is recycled, with the rest coming from sustainable FSC® and PEFC accredited forests.
